» Can anyone get my contact information?

Only the people you’d like to get your contact information will receive it. Clink-Clink doesn’t broadcast your info, it only exchanges it with another person who also has the app and with whom you have chosen to “clink”.

» Who else can see who I’ve toasted?

One of the great things about Clink-Clink is how it links your existing social network through Facebook. If you enable Facebook Connect, your toasts will be shared on you and your friends walls. If you are toasting a new connection, you will receive a Facebook notification to add that person as a friend. But remember—that’s only if you enable Facebook Connect. If you don’t, your toasts will remain private and no one else will be able to see your toasts.

» What personal information am I sharing when I toast?

That’s up to you. Using Clink-Clink contact card, you can decide exactly what information you’d like to share, with options like your cell phone number, your email or your website address. You can adjust this info at any time, so if you only want to share your number with one person, then only your website with another, you simply toggle that information on or off in the settings menu.

» How do I let other people know about my toasts?

Just enable Facebook Connect and your toasts will be shared on you and your friends walls. Otherwise, your toasts will remain private.

» Can I still see toasts if I’m at a wedding on an exotic mountaintop in the middle of nowhere and don’t have a network connection?

You can still “see” toasts if you are in Just Play mode but you will not be able to exchange or share information with other people when you clink without a network connection.

» What are the software and hardware requirements for Clink-Clink?
